Tueri Damasco

Tueri Damasco è il progetto cantautorale di Lorenzo Fabbri, musicista e autore che costruisce un linguaggio personale a partire da un alt-rock intimo, storto e profondamente emotivo. Le sue canzoni si muovono tra folk, post-rock, soul e aperture più sperimentali, cercando un equilibrio fragile tra impatto sonoro e scrittura introspettiva, con una particolare attenzione alle immagini, ai paesaggi e ai dettagli della memoria.

Dopo gli esordi da autodidatta alla chitarra e alcune esperienze nelle band locali, Lorenzo decide di dedicarsi completamente alla scrittura delle proprie canzoni. Un passaggio fondamentale arriva nel 2022 con l’incontro con Andrea Maglia (Bleach Recording Studio, Manetti!, Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti), da cui nasce una collaborazione artistica che porterà alla realizzazione del debutto Analisi portafoglio danni, pubblicato nel 2024 per La Tempesta Dischi. Prodotto insieme a Fight Pausa e Andrea Maglia, il disco definisce fin da subito l’identità sonora del progetto: un incontro organico tra chitarre distorte, tensione emo, aperture folk e stratificazioni post-rock, arricchito dal sax di Adalberto Valsecchi.

Nel corso del 2024 Tueri Damasco porta il disco dal vivo in festival e venue del Nord Italia, consolidando un immaginario fatto di atmosfere rarefatte, vulnerabilità e ricerca sonora. Parallelamente, Lorenzo entra anche nella band del musicista sondriese Merli Armisa come bassista, partecipando all’attività live tra il 2025 e il 2026.

Nel maggio 2026 torna con il doppio singolo Crepaccio / Industria metalmeccanica, primo estratto dal nuovo album in uscita in autunno per La Tempesta Dischi. I due brani approfondiscono il rapporto tra individuo e realtà contemporanea, alternando immagini naturali, paesaggi industriali e ricordi d’infanzia, sempre filtrati da una scrittura essenziale e visionaria. Le nuove canzoni ampliano ulteriormente il percorso del progetto, tra contaminazioni country e folk, synth, chitarre abrasive e una sensibilità cantautorale capace di trasformare impressioni fugaci in scenari emotivi nitidi e profondi.

Tueri Damasco is the songwriting project of Lorenzo Fabbri, a musician and author who has developed a deeply personal language through intimate, crooked and emotionally charged alt-rock. His songs move freely between folk, post-rock, soul and more experimental influences, searching for a fragile balance between sonic impact and introspective writing, with a strong focus on imagery, landscapes and fragments of memory.

After approaching music as a self-taught guitarist and playing in several local bands, Lorenzo decided to fully dedicate himself to writing his own songs. A turning point came in 2022 through his meeting with Andrea Maglia (Bleach Recording Studio, Manetti!, Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti), which led to a creative collaboration and eventually to the release of his debut album Analisi portafoglio danni in 2024 via La Tempesta Dischi. Produced alongside Fight Pausa and Andrea Maglia, the album immediately defined the project’s sonic identity: an organic blend of distorted guitars, emo tension, folk textures and post-rock atmospheres, enriched by the saxophone work of Adalberto Valsecchi.

Throughout 2024, Tueri Damasco performed across festivals and venues in Northern Italy, strengthening an artistic vision built around rarefied atmospheres, vulnerability and sonic exploration. At the same time, Lorenzo also joined the live band of Sondrio-based musician Merli Armisa as bassist, touring between 2025 and 2026.

In May 2026, Tueri Damasco returns with the double single Crepaccio / Industria metalmeccanica, the first preview of a new album set for release in autumn via La Tempesta Dischi. The two tracks further explore the relationship between the individual and contemporary reality, alternating natural imagery, industrial landscapes and childhood memories, all filtered through an essential yet visionary form of songwriting. These new songs expand the project’s musical horizon even further, combining country and folk influences with synths, abrasive guitars and a songwriting sensibility capable of transforming fleeting impressions into vivid and emotionally resonant soundscapes.
