Lorenzo BITW

Lorenzo BITW è un dj e producer nato e cresciuto a Roma, ma il luogo d’adozione della sua musica è il mondo. Il suo sound fa della contaminazione tra ritmi e linguaggi la prerogativa fondante: imprevedibile e istrionico, attento e sensibile alle diverse sfumature del dancefloor, il suo approccio cross-genre lo ha portato nel corso degli anni alla corte di label internazionali come Future Bounce, Friends of Friends e Enchufada.

Sin dai primi passi, Lorenzo BITW ha captato le vibes più stimolanti provenienti da oltreconfine, partecipando in prima persona all’evoluzione di quella che oggi viene etichettata come global club music senza mai staccarsi dalle sue radici. Questo approccio gli ha permesso di ricevere numerose attenzioni e di attestarsi stabilmente nei palinsesti di radio come BBC 1Xtra, Rinse.FM, NTS, Worldwide FM e di essere supportato da media come Colors, Pitchfork, Ransom Note.

Dopo una serie di singoli rilasciati nel 2017 – supportati da producer come Toddla T e Kode9 – Lorenzo BITW pubblica il primo LP “Love Junction” (2018, Friends of Friends / La Tempesta International).

Nel 2021 pubblica “Pantea” (via Future Bounce), una lettera d’amore all’Italia che non ha voluto raccontare da solo, ma coinvolgendo artisti e produttori italiani che, pur risiedendo all’estero, mantengono un legame con il Paese come Daykota, Clap! Clap! e RBSN. Dal 2023 lavora stabilmente con Ninja Tune Production Music, la divisione library della storica label inglese Ninja Tune.

A inizio 2026 esce il singolo “Come Quando” con Hot Kowski, primo tassello di un nuovo percorso che culminerà con la pubblicazione del nuovo album “Club della Fortuna”.

Lorenzo BITW is a DJ and producer born and raised in Rome, but the true home of his music is the world. His sound is rooted in the fusion of rhythms and languages: unpredictable and flamboyant, yet attentive and sensitive to the many shades of the dancefloor. His cross-genre approach has led him over the years to collaborate with international labels such as Future Bounce, Friends of Friends and Enchufada.

From the very beginning, Lorenzo BITW has captured the most stimulating vibes coming from beyond Italy’s borders, actively contributing to the evolution of what is now labeled global club music, without ever losing touch with his roots. This approach has earned him widespread recognition, securing regular airplay on stations such as BBC 1Xtra, Rinse FM, NTS and Worldwide FM, as well as support from media outlets including Colors, Pitchfork and Ransom Note.

After a series of singles released in 2017 — supported by producers such as Toddla T and Kode9 — Lorenzo BITW dropped his debut LP Love Junction (2018, Friends of Friends / La Tempesta International).

In 2021 he released Pantea (via Future Bounce), a love letter to Italy that he chose not to tell alone, instead involving Italian artists and producers living abroad who maintain a strong connection to their homeland, such as Daykota, Clap! Clap! and RBSN. Since 2023, he has been working steadily with Ninja Tune Production Music, the library division of the historic UK label Ninja Tune.

In early 2026, the single Come Quando with Hot Kowski marks the first step in a new chapter that will culminate in the release of his upcoming album Club della Fortuna.
